You are encouraged for stay for lunch at the Club in the main dining room on the first floor, from the buffet.  The dining room is open from 12.15 PM.

• Hot buffet plus half carafe of wine or soft drink for $30 per person, or
• Soup and salad plus half carafe of wine or soft drink for $25 per person.
• Coffee and tea are available at no additional charge in the Dangar Room on the ground floor

The Club will make available to Members information discussed by the Committee, except matters of a personal nature. Members of the Committee report at each meeting and are available for questioning about Club issues.

Important message from our Treasurer re 2009 Annual Subscription.

The Annual General Meeting approved the increase of the Annual Subscription and Joining Fee for 2009 to $105.00 and there is no monthly attendance fee.

As many members now use the internet to pay bills, your Committee has agreed to offer that option for paying the Annual Subscription as from April 1^st next. If you have internet banking set up, direct your payment to:

The objectives for the web site are as follows: -

• Provide up-to-date informative information for members and potential new members on Club activities and future and past events.
  
• Assist recruitment of new members by displaying club aims, activities, and membership information, plus an Application Form .
• Promote Social Events by photographs and links to relevant web sites, and a booking facility.  Keep an archive of past Social Events. 
• Promote future speakers and provide links to past speakers' presentation where available. Keep an archive of past Speakers' presentations.
  
• Provide "The Bulletin" in an easily readable format.
  
• Assist Members to develop computer literacy by providing Computer Tips to Members with wide range of computer literacy for experience. Be accessible by all Members’ PCs.
• Provide an e-mailing facility to enable emails to be sent to all members.
