PROBUS CLUB OF SYDNEY INC.               

BY LAWS

(As amended March 2009)

1.  MEETINGS:

               a)  The Club shall meet monthly on the first Tuesday of the month except in the month of January.

               b)  The Club may meet on another day by decision of the members.

2.  MEMBERSHIP:

               The maximum membership of the Club shall be 140.

3.  AMENDMENTS:

               These By Laws may be amended at a General Meeting of the Club, a quorum being present, by the affirmative vote of not less than three quarters of the members present and voting, notice of such proposed amendment having been published to all members at least 21 days before such meeting.
